Founders
Rajab Jubaili
Rajab Jubaili is an entrepreneur and leader in agribusiness, and the founder and Executive Chairman of Jubaili Agrotec Group. Since establishing the company in 2002 in Nigeria, he has grown it into a trusted provider of agricultural solutions across West and East Africa. Under his leadership, the group expanded significantly, driven by a strong focus on innovation, excellence, and customer satisfaction. Beyond agribusiness, he has also invested in various sectors across Africa and Europe, building a diverse portfolio that supports economic growth and job creation. In early 2026, Rajab established, along with his wife Siham Hussein, the Rajab and Siham Jubaili Foundation, dedicated to advancing education and supporting arts and culture.
Siham Hussein
Siham Hussein has a strong academic foundation in law, holding a diploma from Beirut Arab University and a Law degree from the Lebanese University in Saida, and is a member of the Beirut Bar Association. Driven by ambition and creativity, she expanded her expertise into health and wellness by studying at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. She gained knowledge in detox, weight management, natural cleaning, anatomy, and nutrition, earning certifications including Detox and Weight Loss, Natural Cleaning, and a Diploma in Natural Chef. She is also the co-founder of The Three Sisters Concept, a London-based developed with Conseil Ducasse, blending wellness and culinary studies into a holistic lifestyle experience.
